Modular Assembly & Jointing

3.1 Male/Female Connection Technique QDCE laundry chutes utilize a precision-engineered insertion system (Male/Female butt joint) for seamless vertical flow.

  • Flow Direction: The upper chute section must insert into the lower section, following the direction of gravity.

  • Snag-Free Interior: This ensures the inner surface remains absolutely smooth, preventing linen or garments from snagging on edges.

3.2 Securing & Structural Support Stability is key to a long-lasting chute system.

  • Wall Brackets: Dedicated stainless steel brackets secure the chute to the building wall or shaft frame.

  • Locking Bands: For adjustable or telescopic sections, heavy-duty locking bands fix the final height and prevent sliding or twisting.

3.3 Installation Sequence Installation is typically performed floor-by-floor. Simply position the components marked with the corresponding floor number and connect them from top to bottom.
