Before any component leaves our ISO9001-certified facility, it undergoes a comprehensive series of rigorous mechanical and safety tests to ensure a flawless, zero-defect installation on your site.

1. The “Snag-Free” Surface Guarantee

A critical failure point of inferior chutes is internal friction, which can tear delicate hotel linens or hospital scrubs. We conduct stringent tactile and visual inspections on all laser-cut edges, seams, and seamless argon arc welds. We guarantee that the interior of every 304/316 stainless steel pipe is 100% smooth, preventing blockages and protecting your fabrics during their high-speed descent.

2. Functional Testing of Intake & Fire Doors

Safety and smooth operation are our top priorities. Every discharge door and intake hopper is mechanically tested on the assembly line:

• Interlock System Calibration: We test the electronic control boards to ensure that only one door can be opened at a time, protecting users from falling laundry.
• Fire Safety Compliance: We rigorously verify the 165°F (74°C) fusible links and electromagnetic locks to ensure the doors slam shut automatically in the event of a fire, maintaining the building’s fire compartmentation.
• Hydraulic Buffer Check: We cycle the doors multiple times to ensure the gas struts and hydraulic hinges provide a quiet, self-closing action.

3. Dimensional Accuracy & Trial Assembly

To guarantee a “clash-free” installation for your contractors, we perform random trial assemblies of the modular components in our factory. We measure the alignment of the vertical ducts and elbows against your approved 3D CAD drawings to ensure exact dimensional accuracy.
